Our participation at the EXPO2015 stop of Icecream festival has been a real success. The “Gelato alla bottarga and Risotto with Nieddittas” of Fabrizio Fenu, master ice cream maker, and of Silvio D’Alessandro, master chef, was really appreciated: during the show cooking everyone wanted to try this dish with unique flavors of the sea of Sardinia.
