Friday, September 26, 2014, the Nieddittas mussels will be the stars at the Gelato Festival with Chef Silvio d’Alessandro della Locanda del Gallo Bianco di Arborea and the ice-cream maker Fabrizio Fenu of Marrubbiu. Together they will prepare the “Gelato alla Bottarga of Marceddì and Risotto with Nieddittas: a delicacy not to be missed!
